What makes your products unique?
Each item is designed in-house using original words and visuals — never stock phrases. We combine clear design with quality materials and responsible production for pieces that last.
How are wid Designs products made and shipped?
Each item is made to order through trusted print partners. This reduces waste and allows production closer to where you live. Depending on your location and the product type, your order may be printed and shipped from fulfillment centers in the U.S., Europe, or other regions.
What products do you offer?
We offer designed lifestyle products, including t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, notebooks, and other everyday items.
Do you design your own quotes and artwork?
Yes. All messages and visuals are created exclusively by wid Designs.
What sizes do you carry?
Most apparel ranges from S to 4XL, depending on the style. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find your fit.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials suited to each product — soft cotton blends for apparel, durable canvas for totes, and responsibly sourced paper for notebooks. All are chosen for comfort, usability, and longevity.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on where your item is produced and shipped from — usually 5–10 business days in total for U.S. orders and longer for international deliveries. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility. wid Designs cannot refund or cover these charges.
How can I track my order?
A tracking link will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please note that updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
How does free shipping work?
At wid Designs, free shipping becomes available once your order reaches a qualifying total. The exact threshold depends on your delivery region and is shown automatically at checkout. If you don’t see it yet, you’re probably just a mug or two away. (All amounts show in USD and adjust automatically for your region.)
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can’t be modified after they’re placed. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t yet entered production, we’ll issue a full refund. Once production begins, it will proceed as placed.
What is your return policy?
Returns or replacements are accepted only if an item is defective or doesn’t match what you ordered (for example, wrong size, color, or design). Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. Items must be unused and in original condition.
How should I care for my apparel?
Machine wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly over printed areas.
